We will never sell or use your personal information in any form. When you purchase items from us we will see usernames/names/addresses/etc that may be tied to your paypal account. WE WILL NEVER SELL THIS INFORMATION!
TERMS OF SERVICE
The Following outlines an agreement between you, the buyer, and the seller.
◆ By purchasing a custom, you are showing that you have read and agree to the ToS and Rules of Souls-Between. Violating rules in this ToS can result in a penalty.
◆ All Payments are final. Founders have the right to alter prices of items in sales at any time, and no refund or credit is expected to be handed to those who paid the previous price. As the game changes, prices may need to be fluctuated up or down to match the climate of the market.
◆ There are no refunds under any circumstances.
◆ Backing out of a payment will not gain you a return refund on the amount paid thus far. You will not receive the digital good either. You may sell your purchase to another interested party, however, we must receive the full payment before we will authorize the transfer.
◆ Changing your purchase after the order is allowed, however, the total cost of the payment is not authorized to go below what has already been paid.
◆ Payment plans are allowed for orders over $300. Please inform us if you need one.
◆ All payment is done via USD through Paypal unless otherwise stated [i.e. art for things]
◆ The digital order is not authorized for use until all payment is received.

Purchasing "Add ons"
◆ The purchase of additional markings, mutations, or other upgrades to be placed on genos, imports, past or future customs, is not allowed.
- Skills and breath abilities are an exception.
◆ Purchasing "extra" traits, markings, mutations, etc to put on future customs is not allowed
- i.e. purchasing a rare trait in a sale to put on a custom from another sale to double up your rare traits.

◆ When rarer traits / markings are sold in sales they will replace the uncommon trait/marking unless the sale allows for an extra uncommon to be purchased. In which case the second uncommon will replace a common.

EGG
Eggs now feature species specific eggs; as new species are released prices for these eggs are adjusted to reflect the changing market. Prices will never go lower than the Stalker tier eggs.
Sometimes sales may include a certain number of eggs that are the first generation.
Non Species Specific (sold when a new species is released, the new species can only be acquired by non species specific eggs, customs, events, or other players selling genos/slots for up to two seasons)

STARTER SLOTS
Starters come in 4 tiers. Their imports have a trophy which marks what tier they belong to.
- Tier 1 - $10

SEMI CUSTOMS
First Generation vs Second Generation
- First generation dragons are generally exclusive. They have no lineage and may be predesigned dragons.
- First generations dragons are allowed to have their designs redone
- If a first generation dragon has the mutation Midnight Sun it is allowed to be break guide rules [to an extent]
- Second generation dragons have at least one parent. This is the usual custom.
- Bred dragons through breeding are the third generation.
Advent Dragons
- Advent dragons are first generation
- They usually break a design rule and are always predesigned
- Most advent dragons are obtainable as a raffle in the game; they are not often sold and will never be sold as a custom.
- They are allowed to have their design cleaned up but the design may not change from the original design.
